The project is divided in 9 work packages. The total duration of the project is 36 months. The chart shows the overall structure of the Work Plan and the time dependencies between the work packages. The staples cover main chunks of work. Each work package will take care of feedback and improvement suggestions from other work packages throughout the duration of the project.
