Smarticware Management Support has an overall organizational viewpoint to crystallize the requested goals in developing management which also includes, procedure reporting and communication paths in planning for all quality-related activities and seeing to that they are carried out. Initiation of needed actions and analyzing the risks are important. We request, process and communicate suitable project control documents and see to that they are kept up to date. Actions are taken to make certain that the project achieves its goals, reports in the project are handled in accordance with guidelines and all objectives will be fulfilled.
The progress of requested work plan and the project will be internally controlled by a progress reporting procedure defined by our Management Support. This monitoring will be supported by the control of milestones, these being intermediate objectives defining important, measurable events and representing results that must be achieved at that point. Our solid networking dedicates reference groups that will be created according to upcoming needs to support the resolution of specific issues.
Smarticware Management Supports use standard project management tools to monitor and update the project plan on the multi-project management level. The progress reporting will be made continuously and according to the activity plans as well as resources used.
Our management of quality will be a key point in our project support and ensure that quality is inherent in project methodology and enacted by all project participants. The project manager will use quality reviews as a quality management tool.
